Description
This vial holds two compounds at 5 mg each, acting on different receptors. Those separate receptors are why the pairing exists.
CJC-1295 without DAC is also called Modified GRF 1-29. It reproduces the first 29 residues of growth hormone releasing hormone, the minimal sequence that still gives full GHRH receptor activity, and carries four substitutions with four separate purposes. D-Ala at position 2 blocks dipeptidyl peptidase-4, the main route by which native GHRH is cleaved. Gln at 8 replaces an asparagine prone to deamidation. Ala at 15 raises intrinsic potency at the receptor. Leu at 27 replaces a methionine open to oxidation. Together they extend functional plasma half-life roughly fourfold over native GHRH, to around 30 minutes. The DAC version adds an albumin-binding linker and lasts days; this one does not, which keeps release pulsatile.
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide, Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, and an agonist at GHS-R1a, the ghrelin receptor. Its distinguishing feature is what it does not do: in the original characterisation it released growth hormone with potency comparable to GHRP-6 while leaving ACTH and cortisol at baseline, at doses reported up to 200 times the GH-releasing dose. GHRP-6 and GHRP-2 both raise them.
Both act at the pituitary. IGF-1 LR3 sits downstream of this axis and is the usual choice for studying the output rather than the trigger.
Supplied as a lyophilised powder at ≥99% purity by HPLC, with batch LC-MS identity confirmation and a certificate of analysis. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Store the sealed vial at -20°C and keep reconstituted solution at 2-8°C, protected from light.
For in-vitro laboratory research only. Not for human or veterinary use.

Frequently asked questions
What is in this blend?
It combines CJC-1295 without DAC, a short-acting GHRH analogue, with Ipamorelin, a selective growth-hormone secretagogue, in one vial.
Why do researchers combine these two?
Each acts through a different mechanism: CJC-1295 mimics GHRH, Ipamorelin triggers secretagogue receptors. Researchers pair the two to study both arms of the growth-hormone axis together.
Is the blend lab-tested?
A U.S. laboratory verifies every batch for purity, identity, and peptide content using HPLC and LC-MS analysis. We deliver securely across Bali and accept all major payment methods.
How do I store it?
Reconstitute the lyophilised powder with bacteriostatic water, store it refrigerated at 2–8°C, and use it within about four weeks. Keep unmixed vials cool and out of direct light.
