KLOW Blend 80mg

KLOW is GLOW with a fourth peptide added: GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg, and KPV 10 mg.

KPV is the lysine-proline-valine tripeptide from the C-terminus of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, and it carries the inflammatory signalling side of that hormone without the melanocortin receptor activity that produces pigmentation. Adding it to the GLOW combination gives a fourth independent variable: matrix remodelling from GHK-Cu, vascular signalling from BPC-157, cytoskeletal motility from TB-500, and NF-κB-linked inflammatory signalling from KPV.

Four compounds in one vial carries a cost. You cannot vary them independently, and attributing an observed effect to any single constituent is not possible from this preparation alone. Researchers use it for combined-effect models and screening, then move to single-compound vials when they need to isolate a mechanism.

Reconstitution gives four concentrations at once. With 4 ml of bacteriostatic water you have 12.5 mg/ml GHK-Cu and 2.5 mg/ml of each of the other three.

Supplied as a lyophilised powder at ≥99% purity by HPLC, with batch LC-MS identity confirmation and a certificate of analysis. Store the sealed vial at -20°C, keep reconstituted solution at 2-8°C, and protect from light throughout, since the copper complex is photosensitive.
