Description
BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide with the sequence GEPPPGKPADDAGLV and a molecular weight of 1419.54 Da (C62H98N16O22). The name stands for Body Protection Compound, and the sequence reproduces a fragment of a cytoprotective protein first isolated from human gastric juice.
Three consecutive proline residues sit at positions 3 to 5. That cluster makes the N-terminal segment conformationally rigid, which is one reason the peptide holds up in acidic conditions better than most peptides of its size, and part of why it appears so often in oral-administration studies.
The preclinical literature on BPC-157 is larger than for almost any other compound in this catalogue. Rodent work has measured its effects in stress-induced, cysteamine-induced and ethanol-induced gastric lesion models, and separately in tendon, ligament and muscle injury models. Investigators have examined angiogenesis through VEGFR2 and nitric oxide signalling, growth hormone receptor expression in tendon fibroblasts, and intestinal barrier integrity.
Where TB-500 works through actin binding and cell migration, BPC-157 draws attention for vascular signalling. Researchers who run both treat them as separate mechanisms rather than substitutes, which is why the two appear together in our blends.
Supplied as a lyophilised powder at ≥99% purity by HPLC, with batch LC-MS identity confirmation and a certificate of analysis. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Store the sealed vial at -20°C and keep reconstituted solution at 2-8°C, protected from light.

Frequently asked questions
What is BPC-157?
BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a sequence in gastric juice. Preclinical researchers study it for tissue-repair and cytoprotective effects.
What is BPC-157 studied for?
Researchers focus on tendon, ligament, muscle, and gastrointestinal-tissue healing, along with angiogenesis. These are laboratory findings, not human treatment claims.
Is BPC-157 lab-tested?
A U.S. laboratory verifies every batch for purity, identity, and peptide content using HPLC and LC-MS analysis. We deliver securely across Bali and accept all major payment methods.
How do I reconstitute and store BPC-157?
Reconstitute the lyophilised powder with bacteriostatic water, store it refrigerated at 2–8°C, and use it within about four weeks. Keep unmixed vials cool and out of direct light.
